Loved the free parking and great fitness center. Room was smaller than expected.

Well-maintained indoor pool area.

I was really disappointed with the room servicing. The bed was unmade and towels were left on the floor during our stay. There seemed to be confusion at the front desk regarding the daily cleaning schedule, which was frustrating.

Great location and friendly staff made my stay enjoyable 😊! Clean rooms with nice amenities like a microwave and fridge. Would stay again! 👍

The room was spacious and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I loved the ample breakfast options—eggs, sausage, and yummy pastries kept me fueled for adventures. Staff were super friendly, ensuring everything was stocked and clean.

However, our shower's body wash dispenser was empty during our entire stay, which was disappointing. Also, the refrigerator had a funky odor, suggesting it hadn't been cleaned properly in a while. These little things could use some attention.

Utilize the pet-friendly areas for relaxation and check daily breakfast items early to avoid shortages.

Had a sweet stay, but the breakfast area was busy as and lacked a good variety. Loved the clean room and friendly staff, though! Cheers for that!

The heated pool was nice, and the pancake machine was a fun breakfast highlight. My son loved the pool area, too.

Felt really welcomed, no complaint.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the bed linens looked a bit wrinkled and not quite made up nicely, almost giving it a lived-in feel. Nice to have a fridge and microwave for snacks, and the spacious bathroom was a plus. Breakfast had plenty of options, but I wished the overall look of the room was a bit crisper.

It was just a suitable option for a holiday in Duluth with excellent value for money. I had an unexpected flat tire and the staff happily found someone to take me to get it fixed, which I really appreciated. Make sure to take advantage of the pet-friendly areas if traveling with animals.

The staff were incredibly accommodating. especially for my Mom who has mobility challenges. The breakfast offered a good variety with eggs, sausages, and fresh pastries. providing a satisfying start to our days.

The cleanliness of the refrigerator could be improved. and there were some delays in housekeeping requests.

americinn has a fantastic pet area, which is a huge plus for me. it was so convenient to take a short walk down the trail to grab a bite. the queen room was super clean and comfortable. i also loved the large shampoo and body wash bottles provided in the shower, making it easier for us. breakfast was absolutely delicious, too!

Had a cozy stay with a spacious room and good breakfast. The shower pressure wasn’t great, but it was a comfy spot overall. Would stay here again!
