This venue is a real gem with luxurious amenities that exceeded my needs. the staff was attentive and quick to respond to any requests. the Spa center is an oasis of relaxation. the heated infinity pool and the sun terrace offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Dinner was served in a classy restaurant with delicious dishes. the exclusive in-room breakfast was also fantastic.

The only drawback was the lack of entertainment in the leisure room. this was not a major issue as it was more than compensated by the variety of massage and beauty treatments offered.

Great staff, beautiful location, excellent rooms, amazing food, and top-notch facilities. Shuttle service was always prompt. Minor room issues were quickly resolved, and requests were handled gracefully. a highly recommended hotel for excellent service in a stunning setting.

Incredible views and comfortable rooms made for an amazing New Year's stay in the mountains. the shuttle service was top-notch, taking us to the slopes in no time. Plus, the food was repeatedly amazing.

While the staff was helpful and kind, the hotel was a bit too far from the village, making it hard to fully enjoy the nightlife. the decor is a little outdated, but still added to the mountain charm.
