I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Livigno. The hotel had a fresh and clean appearance, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The rooms were well-equipped and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need. The restaurant served top-quality food, and the kids' playground room was a hit with my child. I highly recommend this hotel for a great family stay.

Great views from the room, the convenience of an in-room refrigerator, and the location being within walking distance of many shops and restaurants.

The hotel needs to improve its food service, as there were long wait times and the food was not up to expectations. the staff was not very helpful when we had questions or concerns, and the room was not very comfortable.

We recently had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the Livigno Alps area. The location couldn't have been better, as it was just opposite the cable car station, making it extremely convenient to access the ski lift and explore the beautiful mountains. The service here was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping ensuring that our needs were always taken care of. We were also impressed by the range of amenities available, including shops/commercial services, laundry facilities, and airport shuttle service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

It is just a stone's throw away from the cable car station, making it a perfect choice for skiers. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like a fridge and a tea maker. The bathroom is clean and has all the necessary toiletries. The staff provides excellent service, making you feel right at home. The breakfast is fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also offers great facilities like a spa and a mini aquapark, perfect for relaxation.

It was a bit difficult to find the bike storage area, but overall, it did not mar the wonderful experience at this hotel.
