Unique medieval charm throughout the hotel.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a tired-looking room that felt cramped and dark. The air conditioning struggled to cool down the space, and despite my attempts to adjust it, I remained uncomfortable throughout the night. To make matters worse, I encountered a lingering scent from the plumbing that occasionally disrupted the otherwise enchanting atmosphere of the hotel, leaving me unsettled during my stay.

Views from the tower are stunning

Waking up to enjoy breakfast with a perfect view was unforgettable. The rooftop bar became our evening spot, offering breathtaking panoramic sights of Florence. Staff were attentive and welcoming, making our stay feel special.

However, the walls were a bit thin, letting street noise seep in during the night. Our air conditioning was less than reliable, leaving us a bit warm at times. It also took some prompting for timely maintenance.
