We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Assisi. the location was excellent, just off the main square, but still quiet. Our room had balcony doors with comfortable armchairs, allowing us to admire the beautiful countryside and sunsets. the breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options that were constantly replenished. the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. We hope to return one day to this amazing hotel.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better, right in the city center. The hotel had great facilities, including two beautiful terraces with stunning views over the town and valley. The breakfast was delicious and there was ample parking available at the nearby garage Matteotti. The hotel was also conveniently located near the bus stop near St Ciarra, making transportation around this city easy.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a perfect location, just steps away from the main square in Assisi. The breathtaking views of Assisi and the surrounding countryside from the balcony are simply stunning. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully furnished, with large bathrooms that had plenty of hot water.

Hotel Umbra is a gem. I booked two rooms for my mobility-impaired mother and a friend while my family stayed elsewhere. The hotel is down a short lane from the central square and feels like an oasis with its sheltered garden and terraces. It is accessible for disabled travelers and has a warm staff. The historic charm, homey decor, and updated facilities make it unique.
