We loved the quaint, delightful room with plenty of amenities. The central location was phenomenal, allowing us to easily walk everywhere. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was ample. We would stay here again.

The hotel was perfectly located in the heart of the action, right in the center of everything. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the main pedestrian street of the town was right outside our door. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including delicious desserts. the location and amenities of the hotel made our stay enjoyable.

The bathroom was quite small, which may pose challenges for individuals with physical handicaps.

Plus, the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel had a small elevator which made it easy to move around with luggage or a stroller. the rooms were nicely decorated and had a modern en-suite. the breakfast room was pleasant and offered a good selection of food, especially the delicious coffee. the staff made the stay effortless and enjoyable.

The room photos were misleading as there was no balcony unless specifically requested. there was a lack of soundproofing in the rooms, making it difficult to sleep with noise from the street or neighboring rooms.

I had a fantastic stay in the heart of all the action, surrounded by great restaurants and amenities. The location was unbeatable, right on the main street, Corso Umberto, halfway between the two arched entryways. I couldn't believe the low price I paid in such a pricey tourist area. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a great view of the bustling street below. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.

That some staff members didn't speak the greatest English, but it didn't affect my overall experience.
