For the price, we got great value with a lovely room, spacious bathroom, and plenty of storage. The location was excellent, right in the center, and the staff were young, engaging, helpful, and polite.

I recently stayed at the Guy Fawkes Inn for a weekend getaway in York. The location was fabulous, right next to the majestic Minster. Waking up to the bells was a truly amazing experience. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. The rooms were like something out of a film set, oozing with history, character, and charm. The whole building had a unique atmosphere. The food was outstanding, even better than the Ivy! Special shoutout to Lee, who made our stay more comfortable with his attentiveness.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were its central location, which was close to all the attractions York has to offer. It was right in the heart of the city, only a stone's throw away from the cathedral. This made it really convenient to explore the shops and other sights. The hotel facilities were excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. it was a great experience.

The hotel also has a hauntingly unique experience, with small paranormal occurrences reported by guests. Our room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bar had a great selection of drinks. The breakfast offered plenty of choice and the staff were pleasant.

We got great value for our money at the Sure Hotel Collection in York. The room was cozy and perfect, with a range of teas that impressed us. The location was ideal, just a comfortable walk from the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly, organized, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even printed off travel instructions for us without us asking. We'll definitely recommend this Inn to family and friends.

During my recent stay at the Guy Fawkes Inn, Sure Hotel Collection, I had the pleasure of staying in a stunning four-poster bed right outside the York Minster. The room was absolutely stunning, with beautiful original architectural features. The bed, although it creaked a bit, was incredibly comfortable. The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the heart of York's old town streets. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel very welcome. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh local produce. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as the lack of soya milk on arrival and some noise from a nearby generator, my overall experience was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this unique property for anyone looking for a charming and memorable stay in York. I had a lovely time and would highly recommend this hotel.
