We enjoyed the stunning lake view from our terrace and appreciated the well-prepared breakfast. The location was convenient for exploring the local area.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was dated with little attention to detail. We also encountered some unprofessional behavior from staff members.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location of this place is absolutely stunning, nestled into a hillside with amazing views of the lake and the charming town across the water. The service here was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We especially loved the restaurant, where we had an excellent dining experience. The food, particularly the seafood, was delicious and the staff, including the restaurant manager and the delightful waitress, made us feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with nice linen and all the amenities we needed. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of options including omelets, prosciutto, and perfect Italian coffee.

Our experience at this hotel was below our expectations. The furniture in the room was a bit tired and could use some updating.
