This beautiful villa is situated in the heart of the Chianti region, surrounded by stunning views, a charming garden, and a refreshing swimming pool. The friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome and even gave us recommendations for trying delicious Tuscan cuisine. The spacious rooms were tastefully decorated in a Renaissance style, and the breakfast served on the terrace was excellent.

It would be great if there was a refrigerator in the room for added convenience.

our short break at villa godenano was simply perfect. the staff treated us like family, making sure we had everything we needed. the location was ideal, with the old city center just a short walk away.

The villa is situated in a picturesque location, surrounded by beautiful gardens and offering stunning views from the spacious rooms. Guests can relax by the good-sized pool and enjoy the delicious breakfasts served by the friendly and accommodating owner. the villa is conveniently located within walking distance of a charming town with plenty of dining options and artisan shops.

The wifi connection in the villa was a bit spotty.

The location of this place was perfect - close to town but still had that countryside feel. the hotel itself was spacious and had great amenities like an underground car park, a good-sized pool, and a tennis court. the room was perfect for my family, with modern shower facilities. the prices for food and drink were reasonable, and we were able to explore all the famous towns nearby within just an hour's drive. Having a hire car was definitely a plus.

The towels were only changed once during our 5-night stay, which wasn't the most comfortable. WiFi was not available in the room, but I guess that's okay since the Chianti region is all about calmness and relaxation.

The staff at Villa Godenano were exceptional, friendly, and hard-working. They treated the guests like family and made sure everyone was comfortable and had everything they needed. The breakfast served in the beautiful garden was always delightful, with fresh ingredients and good coffee. The air conditioning in the rooms was efficient, and the views were beautiful. As a budget traveler, I appreciated the underground parking and spacious room.

Felt lucky, no complaints.
