the location was convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the city center. the breakfast buffet was sufficient and there was a pleasant outdoor seating area. the room I stayed in was on the first floor and had a small balcony with a view of a park.

Ok, so xmas in this hotel wasn't all that bad. We got free wine and panettone, which was a nice touch. Plus, it's located smack-dab in the heart of the city so you can just stumble out onto the street and into the action. the shower was pretty hot, which is rare and great.

On the other hand, the walls are paper-thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway and in the neighboring rooms. And let me tell you, some of those Italian people don't know how to keep it down!
