I had a great stay at Il Guercino in Bologna. the breakfast room was fantastic, with a variety of choices and a pleasant atmosphere. the room itself was modern and comfortable, and I loved the elaborately decorated hallways. the hotel's location was ideal for our hiking trip to the UNESCO World Heritage site, the Portico of San Luca. We took a bus from central Bologna, which was easily accessible from the hotel. the hotel's proximity to the railway station and the airport bus made it very convenient for our travels.
