Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. It was conveniently located in a commercial area, close to public transport and within walking distance of the city center. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided by the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were brand new and very quiet. It was great to have interconnecting rooms with two toilets and two kitchens. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Even though we arrived early and couldn't check into our rooms yet, they surprised us by sending our bags to our rooms. The hotel's location was convenient, just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop, and the bus ride to the city center took only 15 minutes. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and the helpfulness of the staff were the best aspects of my stay.

Our recent stay at Los Lorentes Hotel Bern City was fantastic. The newly renovated rooms were clean and modern, making for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was especially impressive with its excellent fittings and cleanliness. Additionally, the price was excellent, offering great value for money. The check-in process was also easy, adding to the convenience of our stay.

Although there were a couple of drawbacks, such as the lack of air conditioning and the noise from nearby vehicles and roads, overall I would highly recommend this hotel. The positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I was pleased with the overall experience.

I had a brilliant stay at the newly renovated New Opening hotel in Bern. Even though my stay wasn't long enough, the lovely and helpful staff made it memorable. They allowed us to leave our luggage with them when we arrived early, so we could explore the city. The location was great, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, and buses running frequently to the main train station. The room was quiet, with a comfortable bed, allowing me to get a much-needed 12 hours of sleep. Checking out was a breeze, simply dropping our card in the designated box. an excellent experience!
