We were able to easily visit Central Market, Chinatown, and Petaling Street Market for delicious local food. The hotel staff held our bags before check-in, allowing us to start exploring early. The rooftop pool provided a relaxing spot to unwind with stunning views of the city. We found convenience stores and a money changer nearby, making it easy to stay stocked up on essentials. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a kettle, tea, coffee, and bottled water. The bathroom was spacious and had a proper shower. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and a secure entrance. The reliable wifi and universal plugs in the room were a bonus. It was also conveniently located near train stations for exploring further. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its central location and excellent facilities.

Although the hotel was generally clean, it seemed that the area under the bed was overlooked. The breakfast could have had a wider selection, including juices and cereals.

It consisted of only a few slices of bread, butter, and an egg station. I would have expected more variety, like fresh fruit, yogurt, and granola.

The location of Santa Grand Hotel Central Market is unbeatable - right in the heart of all the main tourist attractions. We loved being just a short walk away from LRT Masjid Jamek, LRT Pasar Seni, and MRT Pasar Seni. The studio room we booked, although small, exceeded our expectations with its excellent facilities. From toothpaste and brushes to a hairdryer and fresh towels every day, they provided everything we needed. The modern room design added to our overall pleasant experience.

Although the rooms were on the smaller side, we were able to manage. The only minor inconvenience was the lack of lights and a wall or big mirror in the bathroom, which would have been useful for getting ready.

The room was cozy and the queen-size bed was pretty comfortable. The bathtub and shower were a plus. , the hotel had air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle, which came in handy during our stay. The hotel location was ideal, just in front of a market and a short walk to the nearest metro station and local restaurants.

The breakfast was very poor, with only nasi lemak, bread, omelette, coffee and water available. It certainly didn't meet our expectations.

The Santa Grand Classic hotel is located in a prime spot, right next to Central Market and within walking distance to Masjid India, Petaling Street, and Chinatown. The bed in the room was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Despite its central location, there was no traffic noise, ensuring a peaceful stay. The hotel is a great value for money, especially considering its convenient location.
