We stayed 3 nights for my boyfriend's birthday and had an unforgettable trip. The staff really made this experience exceptional for us, especially Daniella the receptionist who made our trip extra special with a personal touch. The building is traditional and well-maintained, the location is superb, and our room had 3 windows overlooking the Steps. The view of the Spanish Steps from the window and the overall size and interior decoration of the room were fantastic. We loved the bathroom and the breakfast at the adjacent hotel was delightful. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be more convenient with easy access to shopping and attractions. The comfort of the rooms and the small luxury of the breakfast made our stay perfect.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic view from the terrace bar. The staff were kind, helpful, and always available. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, perfect for those with neck pain. The location was superb, allowing for easy access to shopping and restaurants.

The bathroom had both a tub and a shower, with great water pressure and ample space. The room was soundproof, spacious, and very clean. I could easily make the room dark for sleeping by closing the shutters. The highlight was the two rooftop bars, offering a fabulous view of the Spanish Steps. The use of the Hassler hotel and their staff made moving luggage and getting taxis very convenient.

As young people, we loved the central location and the amazing views from the upper terrace. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were spotlessly clean. Being next to all the designer stores was also a big plus.

The rooftop bars offered amazing views, especially of the Spanish Steps. The staff at Il Palazzetto and the nearby Hassler Hotel were helpful and made getting taxis and moving luggage easy.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop terrace with its stunning sunset views. The location was perfect, right next to the subway and in a great area in the heart of the city. The breakfast provided a wide variety of delicious options. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation convenience, and helpful staff made my stay unforgettable.

We recently stayed at this charming boutique hotel for a week and it exceeded all our expectations. The location is unbeatable, right next to the Spanish Steps, offering stunning views from our room. The amenities were superb, with great water pressure in the shower, comfortable oversized bed, and reliable WiFi. The staff, including Bettina, Daniele, and Karen, were friendly and fluent in English, assisting us with restaurant reservations and providing excellent service. Breakfast in the garden at the sister hotel, Hotel Hassler, was the perfect way to start our day. Highly recommended!
