We got great value for our money with a spacious room and comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with easy access to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Yukiko at the front desk.

For breakfast, the offerings could be improved to better suit the western palate.

The location was excellent, just a small block away from the main Shinsaibashi shopping arcade. The comfy bed in my room made me feel like I was sleeping on a cloud. The nice welcoming lobby gave me a great first impression of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, assisting me with any inquiries I had. They even helped me with shipping my luggage packages to anywhere I needed. The hotel had great facilities, including free Wi-Fi in the rooms and a restaurant and bar/lounge area. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay unforgettable.

the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help me transfer my luggage. the location was superb, with plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. I also loved the design of the hotel, particularly the beautiful and spacious reception area. the room was well-equipped and cleaned to a high standard every day. the heating system worked perfectly, and there were convenient coin-operated laundry facilities available. it was a great experience and I highly recommend the hotel.

We recently went on a romantic escape to a hotel in Osaka and had a wonderful time. the location of the hotel was absolutely perfect, just a couple of blocks away from Shinsaibashi shopping street and near Dotonbori and Glico Bridge. It made exploring the city and enjoying the vibrant atmosphere so easy. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and always smartly dressed, adding to the upscale feel of the place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was unbeatable, with the hotel being just a small block away from the main shopping arcade and a short walking distance to the train station. We also appreciated their helpfulness in delivering our baggage to our next hotel location. The hotel's proximity to Tennoji station made it incredibly easy for us to explore this city, as we used it as a hub for our transportation. the location, cleanliness, spacious room, and helpful staff were the standout features of our stay.

I couldn't have asked for a better location during my stay at Koko Hotel in Osaka. It was just a short walk away from the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping street and the vibrant Dotonbori area. Additionally, the train station was only 5 minutes away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The surrounding neighborhood also offered a variety of delicious coffee and food options.

Though there were a few drawbacks, such as noise from other guests in the hallway, overall this hotel was fabulous value for money. The clean and beautifully decorated reception area set a positive first impression, and the cleanliness of the second room I was given was commendable.

The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and offered a variety of options. it was a great place to stay with good facilities and advantages.

The soundproofing in the hotel was not the best, as we could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms.
