I had a fantastic stay here! The junior suite with the balcony had an absolutely breathtaking view. I could see Lake Como and the surrounding beauty from my bed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the public terrace which allowed everyone to enjoy the beautiful view. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The sun terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast or simply lounging in the sun. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean and well-equipped. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant. I highly recommend this amazing hotel.

The hotel also had a very well equipped bicycle room and servicing area, which was perfect for us as cycling enthusiasts. Additionally, the family running the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, providing a pick-up service for guests who needed a ride back up the hill. Plenty of parking and free Wi-Fi were also available, making our stay even more convenient.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the towels in our room had a slightly musty smell due to the humidity, making them difficult to dry properly.

Ik heb een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De locatie is perfect, met de skilift recht tegenover het hotel en op loopafstand van andere faciliteiten. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en heerlijk, met veel keuzemogelijkheden. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ook de hotelkamers waren prachtig, met een mooie renovatie en een comfortabel bed. De faciliteiten in het hotel, zoals de wellness en het zwembad, waren geweldig. Ik kan niet wachten om hier weer terug te komen.

New Year at this hotel was amazing. The outstanding view from the balcony of Como lake was breathtaking. The service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The location of the hotel was perfect, tucked away from traffic noise but still close to convenient cafes and shops. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The food served at the hotel's restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The added advantage of having a bike rental service with knowledgeable guides was a bonus. a wonderful experience.

There were a few drawbacks to consider. there was no elevator in the hotel, which could be inconvenient for some guests.
