They had excellent communication skills and went out of their way to assist non-Italian guests like myself. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities and a convenient central location. I was impressed with the spaciousness of my room and how well-maintained the hotel was overall. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with plenty of great restaurants nearby.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the town centre and within walking distance of the Main Center of the city where the Church is. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the sights we wanted to see in Catania. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a stocked fridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service, going above and beyond to help us during our stay.
