Great location, helpful staff, comfortable room, amazing shower, plus they allow large pets. Very surprised they provided a receipt, big bonus. Upgraded due to room issues, breakfast was excellent. easy communication, although overpriced for my late stay.

I recently stayed at Impero Hotel in the heart of the city for a few days. The location was phenomenal, right in the historic center. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. The rooms were super clean and surprisingly quiet. The view from my room over the Pace Piazza was excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with something for everyone. The bathroom was beautifully done and the wifi was fast. it was a wonderful experience.
