The breakfast was fantastic and the staff at reception were very welcoming! We were even offered an upgrade to a bigger room which was a great surprise. The parking was easy and convenient, and the hotel was located in a perfect spot for exploring the city.

One of the staff members in the restaurant was quite miserable and unhelpful. We asked for some more orange juice and instead of responding politely, they just walked away and returned with more juice later without any interaction.

The room I was assigned was a disabled room with an additional door leading to the next room, which made me feel a bit uneasy. The air conditioning was extremely noisy and kept turning on by itself.
