The security measures taken by the hotel seemed excessive and uncomfortable, making us feel a bit uneasy during our stay.

This was my second time in this hotel and I got the upgrade to the 'studio' room on the 11th floor, which was just plain awesome. The room was extremely comfortable with lots of amenities and a killer view. The staff, especially Lorenzo at the front desk and Carlo at the restaurant, were delightful. The hotel is modern, super clean, and has all the facilities one needs. The room is spacious and clean, with an eye on the environment, which is a plus. I loved the non-white towels. The bed is super comfortable and the shower is huge with great water pressure. The staff, especially the guy at reception, were so nice.

I loved the comfortable mattress and high-quality pillows in my room, making my sleep amazing. The location was great, and the staff were helpful and always wore a smile. There were cute little details in the room, including funny slippers and lovely cups. I had a really good experience at the Innside. Although the breakfast was a bit pricey and the soul of the hotel was lacking, I would definitely recommend it to others.
