For the price we paid, our stay at Hotel Copernicus was excellent value. The room was spacious and comfortable, with skylights that added a nice touch. The location was perfect, just steps away from Wawel Castle and a short walk to the Old Towne Square. The staff were attentive, pleasant, and always willing to help.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety or options.

Had a wonderful time at Hotel Copernicus, stayed in the executive suite. The venue is in a historic quarter near the castle and opposite the JPII museum. The indoor pool and spa were lovely. If you appreciate history, charm, and kind staff, this hotel is perfect. Culture combined with luxury, and a rooftop bar with stunning views. A truly exceptional boutique hotel.

Rooms are beautifully decorated with marble bathrooms and luxurious Loccitane products. The comfortable beds ensure a restful sleep. Friendly staff, cute spa, and convenient location near the castle and square. Delicious breakfast with fast service and fluffy eggs. Ample amenities such as electric blinds and easy-to-use aircon. Valet parking available.

The staff were very accommodating and had great communication throughout our stay. Our room was ready for us when we arrived early, which was a huge relief after a long journey. The location was fantastic, and the amenities and room were exceptional. Will definitely be returning!

I stayed at Hotel Kopernicus for my wife's special birthday and we were warmly welcomed by the staff. The managing director even greeted us herself, making us feel at home. The room was exquisite and clean, with perfect air-conditioning and floor-warming. The location was amazing, just a 1-minute walk to Wawel Royal Castle, with easy access to other tourist attractions in the old town.

The location of the hotel was amazing, and we were lucky enough to receive a courtesy upgrade to a luxurious suite. The staff was friendly and professional. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options including warm dishes from the breakfast menu. The atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. The hotel had a sauna, swimming pool, and beautiful views of the Wawel Castle and the old streets of Krakow. It was also conveniently located near the old market place and the castle.

A relaxing weekend city break in a perfect location. The architecture, spa, and breakfast were all fantastic. We enjoyed the New Year's Eve dinner with delicious cuisine and impeccable service.
