Charming ambiance with vintage décor throughout the hotel.

I faced several challenges during my stay. First, I found the lack of a fridge in the room to be a significant inconvenience, especially after a long day. Additionally, the room smelled of smoke upon returning in the evenings, which was quite off-putting. Lastly, despite its great location, the price of nearby dining options was a bit steep, and I felt a little isolated without a lounge area to unwind in.

Chur, the location was choice, heaps close to Central Park and some great restaurants. But the AC was noisy as, ruined a good night's sleep, eh.

Everything was awesome! Room service was super quick and food quality was impressive,. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

A mini-refrigerator would have been great, and maybe some china cups for coffee instead of paper ones would’ve been nice too.

It is a family-friendly hotel with spacious accommodations and a welcoming atmosphere, and guests can enjoy complimentary wine in the lobby daily!

Had a boss time, mate! The location was perfect for strolls to Central Park and loads of boss eateries nearby. Staff were proper friendly. Just had a bit of a noisy heater in the room, which kept me awake. But overall, sound vibe!

the hotel was unimpressive, with a tiny lobby and no ice bucket. the room also had uncomfortable temperature fluctuations, yet they ignored my request for a mini-refrigerator. how hard could that be? i almost gave a decent review, but the front desk's rudeness just couldn't let that happen. it definitely didn’t live up to its 4-star reputation.

I had a good stay in a spacious room. The staff was friendly, and I loved the access to a nearby French bistro that offered great meals throughout the day. I found the location convenient for exploring nearby sights. The room was clean, and overall I appreciated the vibe in this area of the city. Being from New York, I enjoyed the familiar comfort of being close to home, yet in a boutique setting.

Wi-fi was included and luggage storage was super helpful. Lacked a lounge area, though.

I had an excellent stay! The spacious suite was clean and comfortable, but the heater was a bit loud. Overall, I would definitely return!
