This hotel is great for families, with a little park nearby that my son loved. It's also just a short walk from the train station, making it very convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious, well-decorated, and spotlessly clean, with lovely private shower rooms. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the breakfast buffet offers a delicious variety of both sweet and savory options.

Despite not being within walking distance of the train station, getting a taxi to the hotel was quick and affordable. our stay at Hotel Italia was excellent and we highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay in Siena.

The only minor drawbacks were the non-functional air conditioning in our room initially and the shower that had a tendency to cause water to spill onto the floor. However, these issues were promptly addressed by the staff and did not significantly impact our overall experience.
