the wifi in my room was not working, which was a bit inconvenient. the shower had poor drainage, causing water to pool and making it a bit unpleasant to use.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was soundproofed which was great for a good night's sleep.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, which included the best cappuccino I've had in Italy. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, attending to any issues promptly. While the location was slightly further from the city center than we anticipated, it was easily accessible via the nearby metro station. We will definitely be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Milan.
