I had an amazing stay at this bed and breakfast. the owner, Glynis, was so welcoming and helpful. the location was perfect, just a short walk into the center of town. the room was larger than expected and had lovely touches like fresh flowers and a fridge with milk. the breakfast in the morning was delicious with a wide selection of fruits, cereals, and a cooked breakfast made to order. I will definitely be returning to Glenholmekendal in the future.

Great value for money at Glenholmekendal. The room was very comfortable with thoughtful features like a cupboard for takeout, snacks, and a good hairdryer. The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of the town center. The host, Glynis, was friendly and made us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at a friendly home from home. Glynis at Glenholmekendal was very welcoming and accommodating. She provided helpful information about the nearby shops and buses to Bowness on Windermere. the room was gorgeous, with a comfortable bed and a clean, well-stocked bathroom. We enjoyed the treats of chocolates and Kendal mint cake. Private parking was convenient, and having our own fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and kettle was a bonus. We would love to return one day.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main street. The location of the hotel was perfect for me as I needed to be close to the sports centre, which was only a 10-minute walk away. the owner was very friendly and helpful, providing useful advice on things to do in the area. I also appreciated the small touches in the bedroom, such as the fridge for milk and the bowl of sweeties, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom was a bit cramped, which was a minor inconvenience. the car park was located behind the hotel, so it took a few extra minutes to walk around the block from the front door.
