My room at Delta Hotels was spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed and plenty of outlets for charging devices. The fitness center was well-equipped and I enjoyed using the pool. The Pantry on the 5th floor was a nice touch, offering snacks and drinks throughout the day. I had a good stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is in a prime location, with a restaurant adjacent to it that hosts amazing New Year's Eve events. The pool and hot tub are great for a relaxing stay. The staff kept the rooms and bathrooms tidy and clean. Despite the ongoing renovations, the atmosphere was still calm and inviting.

The hotel needs to improve its long-term guest services. Some reviews mentioned that the staff treated them like new guests, without knowing their names or offering personalized service.

We received two complementary hot chocolates and a gingerbread cookie upon arrival, which was a cute gesture. the hotel is located near many restaurants and shops, making it convenient to find something to do. the bed was comfortable and we appreciated the blackout curtains.

Our Christmas experience was ruined by the constant noise from other guests and inefficient soundproofing. the HVAC system seemed to be malfunctioning as the room was either too hot or too cold.

The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive to all of my requests. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good variety of options. The event staff/waiters on Friday night were attentive, professional, and made the evening enjoyable. The hotel facilities, including the restaurant, fitness facility, and pool, were all in great condition and very well-maintained. My room was amazing, especially the bed and pillows, which provided the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel.
