I stayed at Iberostar for a relaxing beach vacation for 5 days. The room was spacious with a great-sized bathroom and a working air conditioner. I loved the hotel's layout, with a convenient covered path to all facilities. The beach was just a short walk away and had plenty of comfortable lounge chairs. The staff was friendly and the evening show was entertaining. The onsite Mexican and Japanese restaurants were delicious, especially the hibachi grill.

The hotel facilities at Iberostar Costa Dorada were fantastic. The pool was clean and the beach was beautiful. The staff members were friendly and provided excellent service. I particularly want to mention the waiter at the poolside restaurant, who was knowledgeable and efficient. Also, Mechy from the towel service was always cheerful and helpful despite her demanding job. Maria Mercedes from the entertainment team was also fantastic with the kids.

We arrived at the hotel on Feb 8th and stayed for two weeks. It was our fifth time staying here and once again, we were highly satisfied. We requested a room in building 1 with a partial ocean view and they fulfilled our request. The room was clean and the cleaning lady did a great job throughout our stay. The hotel itself is very clean and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The customer service is top-notch, with a concierge service that handles any guest complaints. The safety deposit box and Wi-Fi are free, which is a bonus. The mini fridge was restocked daily with water, soft drinks, and beer. The hotel provides shower gel and shampoo, eliminating the need to bring your own. They also have an iron and ironing board in the room. The hotel never runs out of bath or beach towels. They fumigate the rooms once a week, ensuring a pest-free stay. Even if it rains, you won't get wet as the buildings are all connected, keeping you dry on your way to the lobby and restaurants. The hotel offers a great variety of fruits, and the food at the buffet is tasty. The a la carte restaurants, particularly the Mexican and Japanese ones, are our favorites. The beach chairs are new and of good quality, and there is always enough shade with plenty of palapas. The hotel also offers Latin music dancing before and after the shows, which makes for a fun atmosphere. We would like to thank Santos, our waiter, for his excellent service and Fausto, our concierge, for always checking if everything was okay. we would recommend this hotel to others.

The resort offers excellent restaurants with overall good food. The beautiful layout allows easy access to all facilities. The beach is nearby and well-equipped with lounge chairs. We had an amazing time at this resort during our Easter trip! the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the maid service was exceptional. the location of the resort was perfect, with a beautiful beach and plenty of water sports activities to enjoy. We also loved the fact that the buffet restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food every night, ensuring that we never went hungry. the soft serve ice cream was a definite highlight!

Although our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few downsides to note. the beach was quite wavy and had a lot of seaweed, which made it less enjoyable for some of us who prefer calmer waters.

Comfortable resort, well-maintained with enjoyable bars and restaurants. Good food overall, with beautiful surroundings and plenty of activities and tour options. Clean facilities, great live shows, and professional and helpful staff. Special mention to Yamibel for her exceptional customer service and calm demeanor.

The staff was exceptional, awesome meals, amazing ocean view room, great amenities and layout, entertaining nightly shows.
