We had such a fabulous time staying at this hidden gem in the heart of a charming city. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including a convenient washing machine. The property manager, Alfio, greeted us warmly upon arrival and provided us with helpful directions and recommendations for local eateries. We were even surprised with delicious snacks and beverages waiting for us. The location was perfect - within walking distance to the sea and close to public transportation for exploring the Cinque Terre region. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was peaceful and quiet. We couldn't have asked for a better stay. we highly recommend this hotel-like experience at La Cittadella.

I had an amazing stay at La Cittadella in La Spezia! The value for money was excellent and the room was modern and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Cinque Terre and great restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Alfio, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with valuable tips and even surprising us with a bottle of champagne for our prewedding photo shoot celebration. We also appreciated the convenience of the well-equipped kitchen and the availability of laundry facilities in our apartment.

The morning meal could be improved by offering a better variety of breakfast options.

We were two couples traveling together and needed private apartments next to each other, which La Cittadella provided perfectly. The apartments were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The central location made it convenient for accessing the town, buses, and harbor, and it was a short walk to the train station. The host, Alfio, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the area, providing us with maps, timetables, and great suggestions of places to visit. a fantastic experience. Totally recommend this hotel!

Perfect location in top center, close to port and train station. Clean and secured. Close to shops, restaurants, and pubs. Well-equipped with fridge, oven, WiFi. Air conditioners provided. Amazing host, polite and always available. Made us feel welcomed and at home.
