As a tourist, I loved the helpful staff, especially Alex at the reception. The easy check-in process and assistance with holding our bags and arranging a taxi were top-notch. The hotel's proximity to the airport and QC Termeroma spa was a major plus. The 2-bed room meant for families was spacious, and I appreciated the small balcony for drying clothes. The inclusion of a stove in the room was a nice touch.
