They assisted us with airport transfers and provided valuable advice on local transport and attractions. The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and ample hanging space. The location couldn't have been better, just 100m from Piazza Navona and surrounded by charming cafes, wine bars, and restaurants. We felt safe walking around at night, and public transportation to the Vatican and Colosseum was easily accessible.

During my Christmas stay, the free water bottles and coffee were a nice touch, and the location was perfect for seeing all the major sights in the area.
