Superb residence. Spacious and well-furnished apartment. Helpful and kind reception staff. Convenient location for exploring Ravenna's sites. Good AC and amenities in the apartment. Welcoming and generous breakfast. Proximity to vegetarian and vegan restaurants. Thoughtfully stocked fridge in the apartment.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the train station for easy travel to other destinations within Italy. It was also situated in the heart of a beautiful city, with plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a well-appointed bathroom that even had a clothes washer. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering coffee upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The view from the hotel room was not very impressive.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The fact that it was situated in a pedestrian area with a few restaurants added to the charm and ambiance of the place. We loved being able to sit at the tables outside and enjoy a meal while watching the world go by. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the service was top-notch. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities you could need for a luxurious stay. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful and quiet night's sleep. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was a plus. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It exceeded all our expectations and provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

What a lovely hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were huge and had everything we needed, even a kitchenette. The breakfast selection was really good with plenty of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the main sights.

The noise from outside was a bit of an issue at times. I would recommend bringing some earplugs if you're a light sleeper.
