The hotel was situated in a unique location, surrounded by four clean, cut quarry walls, which provided a stunning backdrop. the design of the hotel made the most of this setting, and there were plenty of areas to relax and enjoy the views. the heated jacuzzis and pool were a great feature, especially in the evening when the sunset turned the walls of the quarry orange. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast served in a marquee type structure was excellent, with delicious coffee and a good selection of fruit and pastries.

One downside of the hotel was its location, around 3km outside the main harbor town. However, this was not a major issue as there was a pleasant 35, minute walk along a quiet, flat country road to the town.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The unique architecture, like something out of a James Bond film, was truly impressive. Although there were no views, being underground added to the experience. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel had a lovely garden and swimming pool area, perfect for relaxing. Additionally, the free minibus service was convenient for exploring the beautiful Favignana Island.
