I had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Centric in Murano. the location was perfect, allowing me to enjoy the serene atmosphere of Murano while still having easy access to Venice. the hotel itself was beautifully integrated into the surroundings and had a boutique hotel feel. the staff provided a personal and friendly treatment throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. the room was spacious and quiet, adding to the overall feeling of intimacy. And one of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle boat, which made arriving at the hotel a unique and priceless experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice and the surrounding islands.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel on the beautiful island of Murano. The location, right beside the vaporetto stop at Murano Museo, was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The hotel itself was stunning, with a display of Murano glass throughout the property, creating a unique and luxurious atmosphere. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, from the receptionist who greeted me warmly upon arrival to the waiters who provided amazing service in the restaurant.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in this area.

The hotel's location is fantastic, just opposite the ferry station, making it convenient to explore both Venice and the airport. The rooms are clean and modern, with great views of the canal. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering an upgrade and assisting with early morning departures. The breakfast provided is delicious, and the hotel offers a courtesy shuttle service.

The room service seems to be inconsistent and not attentive to cleaning and restocking essentials like towels and toiletries.

We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of the busy sites and found this place to be conveniently situated exactly where we needed it to be. The staff were incredibly attentive, and even though we arrived early, they accommodated us without hesitation. We appreciated the free shuttle and felt it was an amazing added bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, away from the busy sites of the city. The staff were very nice and always willing to help, especially since we were traveling with our baby daughter. They always had a smile on their faces. The hotel was surrounded by magnificent boutiques selling beautiful Murano glass products. The room amenities were great, including heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The in-room air conditioning made our stay very comfortable. The restaurant served fresh seafood and had a great selection of wine. We also appreciated the free shuttle service provided by the hotel. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

The only downside was that some of the staff, especially those at the front desk, weren't very friendly and at times seemed impatient. However, this shouldn't deter anyone from staying here.

The breakfast was good and there was a lot of options on the buffet table. the location was very convenient as it was right next to a water bus stop. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was quite small and cramped, and there was not enough storage space. the free shuttle service promised was not always available and it was a disappointment that we had to pay extra for it.

The hotel's location on Murano Island was perfect for us, away from the busy tourist areas of Venice. The island itself is beautiful with local restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The spacious rooms were clean and well-designed, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The free airport and Venice transfers by boat made it easy to explore the city. Conveniently located by the water bus stop. Free luxurious boat shuttles to the main island. Cosy spa and beautiful rooms. Friendly staff and helpful General Manager. Excellent coffee machine, cold mini bar, and super WiFi.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. Being able to take a water boat to the main island was a convenient way to explore. Plus, having a supermarket nearby was very handy.

There were a few negatives during our stay. there was no iron in the room and the laundry service was not available on weekends.
