This hotel ticked all the boxes for us. The location was perfect, with a beautiful park nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful, pointing out the best places to visit during our short stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a balcony to relax on. And the breakfast was substantial and satisfying, offering a wide variety of options to start our busy days.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Milan called Lancaster. the staff provided excellent service, offering us coffees upon arrival and keeping our bags until our room was ready. the family that owns and runs the hotel sets the tone for gracious hospitality. the room was comfortable and the location was convenient, with nearby trolley stops and plenty of free parking. My favorite parts were the spacious balconies and large bathrooms. the breakfast in the morning was also delicious, with warm croissants, eggs, and a variety of Italian cheese. I couldn't have asked for more!

Plus, the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. One of the best aspects was the included breakfast, which had a great variety of choices and excellent value for money. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!
