I always return for my city trips. First stay, staff helped with forgotten earphones. Free Wi, Fi, parking, 24, hour reception, fitness center. No smoking. Convenient lift, express check, in/out. Luggage storage, wheelchair access – suits perfectly. So much to offer!.

During my city trip, the breakfast staff was amazing, engaging with guests and catering to every need. the centrally located hotel made it easy to explore the town. the tastefully decorated room and the variety of breakfast options were delightful.

The breakfast lacked choices for gluten and sugar-sensitive guests. Also, the sound insulation could be better, as noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable during the night.

Excellent breakfast buffet with allergy, friendly options available. Notable assistance from the General Manager and Annette Poole at the business center.

My stay at Hampton Inn in Abingdon was excellent. I stayed for three nights for a business trip. the warm welcome from Pearl set a positive tone. the room was spotless, beds were cozy, and the breakfast buffet was superb, offering both hot and cold options. the staff, including the receptionists and housekeeping, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special thanks to GM Larry and Annette for exceptional service at the business center.

Had a fantastic stay at this hotel for Thanksgiving. Staff were amazing, always on hand to help with anything we needed. the location was perfect, just off the highway, which made for easy access to other places. the decor was beautiful, especially the Christmas trees that were dotted around the lobby and breakfast area. We loved the basic, yet delicious, breakfast offered each day, and the waffle station was an added bonus.
