The staff is friendly and helpful, providing all the necessary information for self-check-in. The breakfast offers a typical Italian spread with freshly made espresso coffee.

Additionally, there was a frigo bar in the room, which was a convenient and thoughtful touch. Another great aspect was that breakfast was included, providing a satisfying start to each day.

The inn's multilingual staff were extremely helpful and provided us with all the useful information we needed for exploring Venice. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped us book guided tours and gondola rides. Additionally, we couldn't have asked for a better location. The inn is situated in a quiet and atmospheric area, very close to St Mark's Square, La Fenice Theatre, and Calle 22 Marzo, which is one of the most elegant shopping streets in Venice. And the best part? Right across from us was the Musica a Palazzo concert hall, where we had the opportunity to enjoy the most famous opera arias in a stunning setting.

I had a wonderful experience staying in a hotel located in a charming little alley right in the heart of the city. It was conveniently close to the Giglio vaporetto stop, making it easy to explore all the attractions Venice has to offer. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a lovely shower. The staff provided excellent service, always being friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning, with a variety of options to choose from.

I did encounter a minor issue with the bed. It consisted of two singles pushed together, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
