i was absolutely shocked to receive such minimal service at this supposed luxury hotel. the breakfast was unappetizingly inconsistent, and the staff looked like they'd just run a marathon. i expected a complimentary room upgrade after such inconvenience, but apparently that’s too much to ask. i almost wrote a decent review, but these things woudl ve been dealbreakers!

Rooftop drinks at sunset were unforgettable!

We had a spacious room with a terrace, perfect for enjoying wine while watching the Grand Canal. Great air conditioning kept us comfy, and the shower was a highlight—loved the walk-in feature! Breakfast spread was amazing with fresh pastries and even prosecco. Staff were super attentive, making our experience even better.

Man, the lagoon views from our suite were just outta this world! Chommies at reception were super friendly and remembered our names. The breakfast was a lekker spread, especially those hot croissants—totally hit the spot! Plus, big shout out to 'Mister Blue Eyes' concierge for helping us with our last-minute flight change to Santorini—superb service!

One thing though, the shower kinda flooded the bathroom every time we used it—eina, right? Just needed a door or something.

This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free wi-fi, bar/lounge area, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a local food delivery number, which I remember. Highly recommend it for a comfortable getaway!

The room featured stunning Murano glass accents, and the evening drink service on the terrace was a delightful highlight. The enormous bathroom allowed for two people to easily get ready at the same time.

We had a beautiful stay close to St Mark's Square. The modern Italian design stood out in our spacious canal view rooms, which our kids loved! The bartender's expertise made for some fantastic cocktails, and we enjoyed an elegant boat ride exploring the canals together.

In my wife’s opinion, a more kid-friendly menu would enhance dining options.

Fantastic location with stunning views of the lagoon and great staff. The room was small and a bit firm for my liking. Enjoyed the walking tours offered nearby, especially the local culture aspect. It was a nice stay overall.

The stunning lagoon views were breathtaking. and the staff's keen attention made each moment feel special. Housekeeping was thorough, ensuring a clean and inviting atmosphere during our stay.

Breakfast options could have been a bit broader, and the service at the outside bar felt slightly slow at times.

I remember the staff kindly assisted me in finding parking during my first stay. Their politeness is exceptional! I highly recommend trying the rooftop terrace for a unique experience. I'm coming back for Easter.
