The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade!!! Ice is only available at the first-floor lobby!!! A weird furniture arrangement made nighttime trips inconvenient!!! No hairdryer or toiletries in the bathroom is a letdown!!!

Despite being a newer facility, the smell of smoke permeated our room. Disappointingly, housekeeping was lacking, with poor response to maintenance issues, impacting our overall comfort during the stay.

The Deluxe Queen Room was clean with solid floors, which was great for my girlfriend who has asthma. However, housekeeping only came every three days, making it hard for us to get fresh towels during our three-night stay. Great for families needing a pet-friendly option, but I recommend preparing for limited housekeeping services.

Comfortable beds, disruptive noise

the location is pretty good and the beds were comfy for the most part. i liked that there was no carpet in the room, it makes it feel much cleaner. the staff was nice, especially the guy who greeted us at night. parking felt safe and secure, which is always a plus. overall, it was better than what i expected for a motel!

the customer service could be way better and they dont provide fresh towels everyday, which is so annoying.

The Deluxe Queen Room was clean and featured solid floors. Tons of nearby parks for dog walks. My dog loved the treats!

However, breakfast wasn’t ready at the advertised time, forcing me to seek food elsewhere. Notably, the staff's attitude was disappointing. they reacted unprofessionally when I came in late despite personal circumstances. The lack of warmth from the personnel overshadowed the positives of the room and amenities.

Clean room, friendly staff, the nice fridge in the room was perfect for snacks, and the complimentary wi-fi made it easy to plan our adventures.
