We had a wonderful stay at In Villa Lucrezia. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, with our heavy cases swiftly carried up to our room upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent, and we appreciated the availability of snacks and coffee throughout the day. Being so close to the town of Lucca meant we didn't need to use our car during our stay. It was a truly enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city walls and all the attractions Lucca has to offer. the complimentary bike rental service was a fantastic addition, allowing us to explore the city at our own pace.

We had to return the bikes by 6pm, which felt a bit early. It would be great if the hotel could implement a register system for bike returns, so guests don't have to rely on staff availability.

We stayed at In Villa Lucrezia for a few nights during our visit to Lucca. The hotel is located in a beautiful stately building just outside the historic center, with free parking in the garden. We booked a superior double room for two nights and were very impressed indeed. The air-conditioned room was quiet and had full shutters, ensuring a great night's sleep in the comfortable bed. The shower was powerful and the complimentary toiletries and hairdryer were a nice touch. The breakfast spread was wonderful, with a variety of meats, cheeses, pastries, and amazing coffee. The staff were absolutely wonderful and helped us with taxi bookings for a wedding. The location near Porta Elisa and the walls was great, and the beautiful grounds added to the overall charm.
