We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us. It was situated in a lovely leafy residential area, away from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist attractions. The hotel was just a short walk away from the heart of Sorrento, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The service at this hotel was top-notch. The staff, especially the waiters and waitresses, were always friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace where we could relax and soak up the sun. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the heart of the town, but on a quieter road away from the tourist crowds. the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were attentive and helpful. We enjoyed the lovely hotel bars, especially the rooftop bar with its stunning views of Capri, Mt Vesuvius, and the bay of Naples. the pool was also great, with plenty of seating and a nice orange grove for shade. We would definitely stay at the Majestic Palace again.

Located on a back road past the football ground, this hotel is perfectly situated just a short walk away from the main square in Sorrento. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with lovely big bathrooms. The staff goes above and beyond, providing exemplary service throughout the hotel. The breakfast offers plenty of choices, and the buffet is excellent. The hotel also has a beautiful garden with a vegetable garden, adding a charming touch to the atmosphere. The pool may be deep in parts, so arm bands for children are recommended.

The hotel could benefit from some updates, as it appears slightly dated in certain areas.

The pool is a good size with a nice view. Staff is kind and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located near local restaurants and a train station. The breakfast options are good and the bar/restaurant is reasonably priced. The rooms have balconies with beautiful views.

Great views and helpful staff, but poor food. Over Easter, we stayed at a hotel in the Sorrento area. the location was excellent, just a short walk from the town centre and with stunning views of the sea and mountains from our room. the staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our stay much more enjoyable. Another advantage was the pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a relaxing space to cool off.

The food was quite poor: repetitive and of low quality. We also found the cleanliness of the room to be disappointing, with some areas in need of a deep clean.

We had a fantastic stay at Majestic Palace for our short break in Sorrento. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its fantastic price and value for money. The rooms were perfectly clean and had incredible views. The staff, from check-in to the lifeguard, were wonderful and made our stay special. We loved the rooftop bar for food and cocktails, and the location, just a 15-minute walk from Sorrento, was peaceful yet close to the sea. Highly recommended for couples!
