I had an amazing time at this venue! The location was perfect, nestled in a rural neighborhood, and it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, offering car hire service and even helped with grocery shopping. The room was well-stocked with everything I needed, including an electric kettle and free toiletries. I loved lounging on the terrace and patio, surrounded by beautiful garden furniture.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Panacea! The penthouse flat with a pool was luxurious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The separate kitchen was a bonus as we didn't have to deal with any fridge noise. The location was quiet and peaceful, with no construction noise. There was an amazing tapas restaurant and a great coffeeshop just 100m away. The hotel felt very secure and the check-in and check-out process was easy. a fantastic stay for people who enjoy karaoke and casinos.

The staff at Panacea were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. They provided helpful tips for exploring Coba and made me feel welcome throughout my time there. The spacious and well-designed apartment offered a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, and the cleaning was superb. I especially loved the balcony and the fantastic pool. Despite the distance from the main center, the tranquility of the surroundings made it a peaceful retreat. I would highly recommend this hotel for a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay.

Stayed at Panacea in Tulum and had an amazing experience! the room was not just a room, but a spacious apartment, beautifully furnished and clean. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. the location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main strip, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep without any loud music. There were plenty of charming cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. We even extended our stay because we loved it so much. the pool and gym were also nice amenities to have. a fantastic stay at Panacea in Tulum!

Nestled in a newer area, this hotel boasts a location surrounded by a wonderful garden, offering a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The spacious room features clean, white bed linen and towels, along with a huge and comfortable bed for a restful sleep. The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. In the morning, guests can enjoy a basic breakfast with a few options, while the free and reliable Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected. the hotel provides parking facilities for convenience.

There is some noise from the ongoing construction nearby, which can be mildly disruptive to the peaceful environment.

The hotel offered a basket of fruit and had great cooking facilities which made it easy to prepare meals during the Christmas holiday. the hotel was conveniently located near shops and restaurants, and the pool was a great feature. the stylish decor was lovely and added to the overall experience.

The noise from the maintenance work being done around the pool area and the careless behavior of some of the staff were a bit bothersome. It would have been nice if the hotel communicated work being done beforehand.

just wow! exceeded my expectations in every way. beautiful brand-new hotel, friendly and helpful staff, and a peaceful location. feels safe and just a short drive away from downtown. highly recommend, it's even better than the pictures!
