The hotel is just steps away from charming arcaded shops and cafes. We loved being able to explore the city on foot and easily visit the main piazzas and tourist sights within a short walking distance.

Additionally, we appreciated the safety measures at the hotel, such as having a safe in the room. However, it would have been helpful if they had provided the key without us having to ask for it.

Great location in the heart of the city, close to all major sites and attractions. We were able to walk everywhere easily. the hotel had a charming old-fashioned style and was quite comfortable. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when it came to finding parking and assisting with our luggage.

The hotel can be quite noisy, especially if you have a room facing the street. There were bars below the hotel and the noise would sometimes go on until the early hours of the morning.
