We had a wonderful time during our New Year stay at the hotel. the recently refurbished reception and lobby bar area were impressive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the hotel's location was perfect, with the beach, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants all within a short walk. We also enjoyed the variety of food offered, with fresh and plentiful options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The hotel seemed to be a smokers paradise, making it uncomfortable for non-smokers like us. the presence of smokers affected the 24-hour food area, pool areas, and even the children's animation area.

By Lopesan Hotels provided a beautiful and comfortable room with a stunning ocean view. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. the animation team put on entertaining shows in the evenings and the kids loved the pool. the hotel had several pool areas, pool bars, and a great restaurant where I could enjoy delicious meals. the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was impeccable. I had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend By Lopesan Hotels.

I recently stayed at a hotel by Lopesan Hotels and had a fantastic experience! The staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly, making check-in a breeze. Our room was spacious and clean, with fast and hot water in the shower. We also had the option of cheap and fast internet, which was a great bonus. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to the beaches and a variety of bars and restaurants. The entertainment staff were also brilliant, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. it was a wonderful and pleasant week for my family and me.

The food was poor quality, lacking variety and always cold. Snack bar was a disappointment. the hotel needs improvement to meet the standards that we expected for our Easter holiday.

We loved the hotel's layout with multiple pools, plenty of sunbathing areas, and great entertainment options like arcade games and pool tables. The staff were friendly, and the all-inclusive package was worth the money. The cocktails at the pool bar were delicious, and the snack bar being open almost all day was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was lovely, and our room had a spacious and beautiful view of the sea and pools. it was a great stay and excellent value for a 3-star hotel.

The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, and the food is absolutely delicious with a wide variety to choose from. The entertainment is fantastic, and the two large pools are a sight to behold. The location is also perfect, with everything we need within reach. This place truly offers a luxurious and comfortable experience.
