We appreciated the friendly staff, comfortable beds, and the double shower heads in the shower. the location offered a lovely view facing the park, and the transportation options were convenient for our trip to the downtown hall in this city.

Great location right across from the Bush Conference Center, perfect for my training. the restaurant and bar were convenient with friendly staff. Despite some issues, like spotty internet, the proximity to the conference center made my stay more manageable.

The room had maintenance issues - electronic key problems, uncomfortable thermostat, and bathroom layout concerns. the cleanliness and upkeep were lacking, and the service, like denied late check-out and poor communication about hot water issues, fell short.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! We were in town for a quick getaway, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room had a lovely balcony view, comfortable beds, and a double shower head. the privacy was respected, and the amenities were great. the room was clean, and the park-facing view was exactly what we wanted. Check-out at noon was convenient.
