We stayed at a place in Florence that was in an excellent area. It was away from all the tourist craziness but still close to the river and lots of places to eat and drink. The location was perfect for exploring all the highlights of the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a useful kitchen area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the view of the Basilica di Santo Spirito from our window was fantastic.

Some of the pillows in our room were lumpy.

As youngsters, my wife and I loved the off-the-beaten-track location and the seclusion it offered while still being close to all the attractions of Florence. The spotlessly clean rooms with new furniture and fixtures were a delight. The beautiful bathroom and the option of a bath were perfect, although the shower might be a tight fit for larger individuals. The comfortable bed and the proximity to the old city made exploring Florence a breeze.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with tours and ticket assistance. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including heating and air conditioning. We also appreciated having a kitchen and dining area, allowing us to cook and enjoy our meals in the comfort of our room. The free Wi-Fi was a bonus, as we could stay connected during our stay. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We enjoyed our Easter getaway at this lovely residence. We appreciated the complimentary refreshments and amenities that made our stay more comfortable. the location was excellent, with many nearby attractions and restaurants within walking distance. the spacious rooms were a pleasant surprise, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful view from our window.

Our sleep was interrupted due to the noise from the outside street. Even with earplugs, we found it difficult to get restful sleep at night.

Stayed at a lovely clean, spacious apartment south of the Arno. Palazzo Mannaioni Suites was the perfect base for exploring Florence's art scene. the apartment had two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath - a great way to unwind after a day of walking. the comfortable bed and the option of self-catering made it a perfect mix of hotel and independence. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the main tourist area and surrounded by plenty of dining options. the staff were fantastic, recommending local restaurants and making us feel welcome. it was great value for money and we had a wonderful stay.
