The guest house is conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of the city center and the baths. The breakfast, served by a friendly and efficient staff member, was delicious. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was fab and everything was within walking distance. It was just out of the city centre but still easy to find. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The room was absolutely perfect, with all the amenities I could ask for including ironing facilities, heating, and tea and coffee facilities. The room was spacious and had a comfortable sitting area and dressing area. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others.

The only minor drawback was the greenish-white lighting in the bathroom, which seemed a bit contrasting to the rest of the room. The traffic noise from the nearby busy road could be intrusive for light sleepers, but this can be easily solved with earplugs.
