Perfect location for us. A pleasant, short walk from the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants but set back far enough from the main road to be peaceful. As it is on the edge of the new development, House of Nomad is still within the area of trees and therefore the wildlife and birds can be seen and heard. The property is still being landscaped and a little work is ongoing but it did not disturb us. The room itself is spacious with a great bathroom and kitchen area. Enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the little garden area surrounded by plants.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Tamarindo and had an amazing experience. The staff at House of Nomad - Adults Only went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They even helped us secure a golf cart when we were struggling to find one. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, with just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and kitchen area. The amenities were modern and the bed and shower were extremely nice. The owner and staff were all very helpful, kind, and engaging. it was the best place I have stayed in Tamarindo and I will definitely be returning.

The nearby construction work caused a disturbance throughout the day. We also found that the property was located in a noisy area due to its proximity to a loud music venue.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect for us, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful atmosphere. I loved staying at this hotel - the rooms were modern, spacious, and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had everything I needed in the kitchen to prepare meals. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center and restaurants but still quiet. The staff was super helpful in organizing trips, and I really enjoyed the big pool.

There were a few minor drawbacks, such as the need for some personal touches in the room and garden, like more pictures or plants around the pool. Additionally, there was some construction work nearby that caused noise during the day, making it a bit difficult to relax by the pool.
