The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to a beautiful park and main avenues. the breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a variety of options. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, providing good service.

The facilities were outdated and in need of renovations. the rooms appeared old and the bathrooms were not very clean.

Additionally, the hotel had nighttime security guards to ensure only guests entered the premises. The personnel, especially Ricardo, were friendly and helpful, providing detailed assistance when needed. The hotel also offered fast WiFi and spacious rooms, allowing for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location close to park and river walk. Good facilities including gym and pool. Room had everything we needed, even an iron and ironing board. Excellent food at the restaurant. Safe area for walking in the evenings.

I loved being able to easily access the park's activities and museums. The hotel was also very secure and safe, which was important to me. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Fundidora Park area as it is adjacent to Cintermex, Parque Fundidora, and Paseo Santa Lucia. You can easily reach downtown by taking the small boats from Parque Fundidora. The rooms are comfortable, clean with modern facilities. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with basic amenities. The staff is friendly and responsive to guest needs. The breakfast buffet is amazing with lots of choices and good quality food.

The only downside of this hotel is the check-in process can be slow during busy periods.

Excellent location for enjoying Fundidora or attending concerts in the area. Close proximity to a beautiful landscaped walk along a canal leading into the city center. Convenient for events at Arena Monterrey or Cintermex. Staff provides great service.

Here for a business trip and I must say, this hotel is a fantastic option for those attending conferences just across at Cintermex. the hotel even offers an indoor garden, complete with a small waterway and fish, what a luxurious escape. With the polite and helpful employees plus quick room service, this hotel has all the exclusive amenities business people need. the breakfast buffet is also a standout.

The only minor downside is the convenience store located next to the hotel lobby, where prices are ridiculous, but guests can walk across the street to find more affordable snacks.
