The value for the money was great, especially considering we stayed for 3 weeks in April. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The hotel's location in the heart of the city and near the Kleopatra beach was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reception people. Additionally, the pool was clean and the free parking was convenient. The variety of food for breakfast and the changing options each day were impressive. The breakfast staff were very helpful, and the overall location in relation to the town center was excellent.

The spa was a highlight, with clean facilities and a customizable program. The meals at the restaurant were delicious, especially the desserts. The hotel offered a variety of amenities, including a hairdresser in building C with friendly and professional staff. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location near the beach and a quick walk to restaurants and shops. the breakfast had a good variety of fresh food and delicious coffee. the pool area was well-maintained and perfect for lounging.

The rooms were on the smaller side and lacked some basic amenities like a coffee maker. the waitstaff could have been more friendly and attentive.

Our room was spacious and had a small balcony, and the shower and pools were satisfactory. the staff at the pool bar were also very friendly. we had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
