We were delighted with our stay at a hotel just opposite the historic antique city. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic for exploring the nearby attractions. Although there were a few minor issues, such as the forgotten glasses and the lack of toilet paper and coffee, the staff were friendly and even offered us a free drink as compensation. While the receptionist could have been more helpful, we still enjoyed our time at this hotel. we would recommend it for a short stay in the area.

We had an amazing time at Mercure! The rooftop pool was a highlight, with plenty of sun-loungers for relaxation. The spa and well-being center were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The hotel's cleanliness was second to none, and the staff, like Giuseppe, were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was worth the extra cost, offering a wide variety. We highly recommend staying here. I'll definitely recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive and helpful, even assisting us with middle-of-the-night transportation due to flight delays. The location of this place is perfect for exploring the Teatro Greco, Necropolis, Catacombs of San Giovanni, and the Archeology Museum. Additionally, it's just a pleasant two-mile walk to Ortigia, where you can find plenty of bars and cafes along the way. Plus, the free secure parking was a major draw for us.
